modern anxiety therapy
My approach is warm, authentic, and non-judgemental. I work from a relational perspective, meaning together we will use curiosity to explore and understand your emotional reactions, motivations, and thought patterns.
I am a graduate of Emory University and New York University, where I received my Masters in Clinical Social Work. I have experience working with all ages from my psychodynamic internship at the Training Institute for Mental Health, as well as cognitive behavioral coaching experience with AbleTo.
How long is a session?
Individual sessions are 45 minutes.
How frequent are the sessions?
Most of my clients choose to come in once or twice a week. Consistency is important to the therapy process, but if another frequency feels better for you, let's have a conversation.
Can I take a break from therapy?
Yes! While consistency is important, you are welcome to take a break and reach out when you are ready to restart. Everyone has a different therapy journey.
How much is the session fee?
My current session rate is $225.
Can I use my insurance?
At this time, I am an out-of-network provider. However, I am happy to provide therapy invoices at the end of each month for my clients to submit to their insurance provider and file for reimbursement.
I will review my cancellation policy during our first session. If you need to reschedule that initial session, please let me know with at least 48 hours' notice.
